| 摘 要： | 目的 观察项针治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法将180例假性延髓麻痹患者随机分为项针治疗组和药物对照组各90例，治疗组采用项针加药物治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，研究结束治疗组和对照组最后符合标准的病例数均为88例。结果两组吞咽、言语功能分级比较，治疗后组内比较两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗后组间比较差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组吞咽、言语功能的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论项针加药物治疗假性延髓麻痹的吞咽、言语功能分级及临床疗效均优于药物治疗组。
