激光合金化工艺在磨损旧辊道及新辊道制造中的应用

摘    要:用堆焊工艺和5KW横流CO2激光器对报废辊道进行堆焊修复和激光表面合金化加工试验,得到了均匀、细化、碳化物高度弥散分布的金相组织,合金化层硬度可达HRC61~63,对工作面产生了显著的强化效果.试验表明,经激光合金化处理的辊道具有良好的表面硬度和耐磨性,并对原始组织缺陷有抑制作用.在辊道的制造中应用激光合金化技术,能延长辊道在线时间,对降低轧钢成本具有重要意义.

Abstract:Surfacing with technology and 5kW of cross-flow CO2 laser scrapped roller to the surface and laser welding repair alloy processing tests,has been uniform,refining,distribution of the carbide a high degree of dispersion microstructure,the hardness of the alloy up to HRC61~63,on the face produced a significant strengthening effect.Tests showed that the laser treatment of the alloy roller has a good surface hardness and wear resistance,and inhibit the original and defect.Roller in the manufacture of alloys in ...
