摘    要:基于传统固体力学的平衡方程和相容性关系,同时考虑了板料激光成形中加热阶段的塑性变形和冷却过程的弹性变形,利用已有的激光扫描温度分布模型,建立了板料成形弯曲角度的解析模型.通过与实验数据相比,验证了该模型的准确性;与Vollertsen和Yau模型的比较结果表明,该模型精度远远高于现有其他的解析模型.

Abstract:By using equilibrium and compatibility conditions in solid mechanics,an analytical model taking both heating and cooling cycle into consideration to predict the angle bent by laser forming was derived.Based on the proposed model with known temperature distributions,the bending angle induced by the laser can be calculated.In order to verify the proposed model,the bending angles estimated by the proposed model are compared with those measured experimentally and those estimated using other analytical models.The results show that the proposed model is more accurate than the analytical models proposed by other researchers in predicting the angle formed by laser.
