糖尿病并微血管病变患者血小板CD62P及CD63的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨活化血小板CD62P及CD63在2型糖尿病并微血管病变患者中表达及临床意义。方法:采用荧光标记的单克隆抗体用流式细胞仪测定76例2型糖尿病患者(包括有微血管病变者42例,无微血管病变者34例)及34例健康体检者(对照组)活化血小板标志物CD62P及CD63的表达。结果:2型糖尿病患者CD62P及CD63表达较对照组有显著差异(P<0.001),糖尿病有微血管病变组较无微血管病变组其表达亦有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者尤其合并微血管病变者活化血小板表达明显增高,微血管病变的发生与活化血小板的高表达有密切关联。

Expression of platelet CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microangiopathy and its clinical significance

Objective To study the expression and clinical value of CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microangiopathy. Methods The expression levels of CD62P and CD63 were measured with FCM in 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(42 cases with microangiopathy, 34 cases without microangiopathy) and 34 healthy controls. Results The levels of CD62P and CD63 on platelets of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0. 001). The levels of CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy were increased significantly compared with types 2 diabetes mellitus without microangiopathy(P<0. 001). Conclusion It is indicated that the expression of CD62P and CD63 is more activated in type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microangiopathy, and it may play an important role in the progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy.
