区域电网调度“两票”全程智能防误系统的研究

摘    要:调度"两票"全程智能防误系统由基于能量管理系统(energy management system,EMS)的智能操作票生成系统和基于企业应用集成(enterprise application integration,EAI)系统的"两票"管理系统组成。针对"两票"执行过程中的危险因素逐一制定解决方案,在此基础上确定防误系统的开发平台和整体框架。最后,介绍了防误系统的操作步骤及其在中山电网调度的应用实例。调度"两票"全程智能防误系统借助通信接口技术,将操作票、工作票、检修计划单三者紧密结合,实现了操作票无纸化,杜绝了误操作的可能性。

Abstract:"Two-order" intelligentized ensuring system for the whole process of dispatching is made up of intelligentized operation-order generating system based on energy management system (EMS) and operation-order/work-order administrant system based on enterprise application integration (EAI) system. Solutions are formulated to counteract the dangerous factors during implementation of the two orders. On this basis the development platform and the overall framework of the system are determined. The operating steps of the system are described along with its application to Zhongshan power grid dispatching. By the aid of communication interface technique, the system combines closely operation-order, work-order and maintenance schedule, realizes paperless operation-order and eliminates the possibility of maloperation.
