新型分段进水生物脱氮反应器启动策略研究

摘    要:研究了基于多段进水工艺原理开发的新型分段进水生物脱氮反应器的2种启动模式(模式一为先调整适当HRT,再根据分段配水比进水,模式二根据分段配水比直接配比,然后逐步调整HRT)下的最优启动调控策略。结果表明,在2种模式下,出水SS的质量浓度和TCOD分别均能低于30 mg.L-1和50 mg.L-1,浊度平均去除率均在80%以上,无显著差异。模式一由单一进水口改成分段进水后,平均出水氨氮的质量浓度由11.93 mg.L-1上升至19.51 mg.L-1,平均TN去除率由18.43%上升至49.25%;而模式二的氮素污染物去除性能较稳定,平均氨氮和TN去除率分别为66.15%和54.71%。模式一的污泥含量增长速度要快于模式二,但3个曝气区的污泥含量增长并不均衡,不利于整体反应器的启动驯化。总体而言,新型分段进水生物脱氮反应器建议采用模式二进行启动。

START-UP STRATEGIES FOR A NOVEL STEP-FEED BIOLOGICAL NITROGEN REMOVAL REACTOR

Abstract:To prospect the better application of a novel step-feed biological nitrogen removal reactor in rural sewage treatment,two start-up modes were studied.In Start-up mode 1,firstly the HRT was changed from 24 h to 16 h and 12 h,and then the influent flow was distributed as plan.While in Start-up mode 2,the influent flow was distributed consistently as plan,and the HRT was changed in proportion from 24 h to 16 h and 12 h.There was no significant difference between the two start-up modes,where the SS and TCOD of the effluent were lower than 30 mg·L-1 and 50 mg·L-1,respectively,and the average turbidity removal efficiencies were more than 80%.The NH4+-N of effluent was increased from 11.93 mg·L-1 to 19.51 mg·L-1 and the TN removal efficiency was increased from 18.43% to 49.25% when the HRT reduced.While a relative stable removal performance of nitrogen pollutants were shown and the average removal efficiency of effluent NH4+-N and TN were 66.15% and 54.71% in start-up mode 2,respectively.Growth speed of sludge concentration in start-up mode 1 was higher than that in start-up mode 2.But the unequal distribution of sludge concentration in three aeration tanks was hell on start-up process.On the whole,start-up mode 2 was a better strategy for start-up of a novel step-feed biological nitrogen removal reactor for rural sewage treatment.
