正常人两侧手臂功能的对比研究

目的 明确正常人双侧手臂功能的关系及正常值。方法 采用双侧手臂对比的方法，对４０例正常人双侧手臂的感觉功能，运动功能进行研究。评价方法采用配对ｔ检验。结果 优势手与非优势手的两点分辨觉以及各种腕活动范围均无显著差异，优势手的握力，拇指捏匙力，拇指与示指的指法捏力均显著高于非优势手，高出的百分比分别为４．０４％，３．７４％，４．０７％。

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE FUNCTIONS OF BILATERAL FOREARMS IN NORMAL SUBJECTS

Objective To assess the normal functions in the forearms and study the relationship in them between the dominant and nondominant sides. Methods Comparative study on the bilateral forearm sensory and motor functions was performed in 40 normal people. The data were processed by using paired t test. ResultsTwo-point discrimination and wrist range of motion showed no significant differences between the dominant and nondominant forearms (P>0.05).Grip strength, tip pinch strength and key pinch strength were significantly higher in the dominant side (P<0.05), with the dominant side outnumbered over the nondominant by 4.04%,4.07%, and 3.74% respectively. Conclusions It is practicable and reliable to assess the sensory and motor status of one forearm by referring to the opposite normal, but the differences in the pinch strengths between the dominant and nondominant forearms should be taken into account.
