摘    要:5G行业网络建设环境复杂,如何为客户提供快速部署、敏捷灵活的边缘网络解决方案,是运营商的一大挑战,面对行业场景的差异化需求,UPF作为5G关键网元,其轻量化、低成本、灵活化演进将极大地助力5G服务垂直客户。提出了OpenUPF技术,阐述了其定制化功能、接口、设备、能力开放等关键技术,给出了一体机设计方案,并分析了方案演进方向。

Abstract:Due to the complex construction environment of 5G industrial network,how to provide edge network solutions with rapid deployment and agile flexibility to consumers is a major challenge for operators.Facing diverse requirements of industrial scenarios,UPF serves as a key network element with light weight,low cost,and flexible evolution,and greatly help 5G provide service to vertical consumers.This paper proposes OpenUPF technology,elaborates the key technologies,such as customized functions,interface,equipment and capability openness.Then an all-in-one design solution is provided and the evolution direction is analyzed.
