| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血液透析联合血液灌流的方法治疗顽固性皮肤瘙痒的疗效.方法:选取18例尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒患者,给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,每2周1次,观察治疗前后皮肤瘙痒症状的评分.结果:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗1个月后18例患者皮肤瘙痒均有不同程度的改善,其中显效12例(66.7％),有效5例(27.8％),无效1例(5.6％)；治疗后甲状旁腺激素水平明显下降.结论:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者顽固性皮肤瘙痒有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of combined hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in the treatment of intractable pruritus.Methods:18 patients with refractory uremic pruritus were selected and given combined hemoperfusion and hemodialysis therapy,once every two weeks.The itching symptom and itching scores were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After 1-month treatment of combined hemoperfusion and hemodialysis,pruritus in 18 cases was improved to varying degrees.Among them,12 cases(66.7%)were... |
