| Abstract: | It was shown that iontophoresis had significant enhancement on transdermal delivery of peptide and protein drugs.This review introduced the characteristics,transport mechanisms and influence factors of the iontophoretic transdermal drug delivery in respect to the advances on iontophoretic transdermal delivery of insulin,calcitonin,luteinizing hormone releasing hormone(LHRH) and vasopressin. |
