| 摘 要： | 目的编制适用于青年士兵的价值观问卷并探索青年士兵价值观的结构维度。方法通过参阅文献和开放式问卷调查,编制出包含102个题目的原始问卷,然后运用探索性因素分析对问卷试测结果进行统计分析。结果形成了包含7个维度共46个项目的青年士兵价值观问卷。7个维度可解释总方差的47.178%,项目载荷在0.519~0.915之间。结论青年士兵价值观问卷具有比较理想的信度和效度,可用作测量青年士兵价值观的有效工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop values questionnaire for young soldiers and explore the structure of young soliders＇ values.Methods By analyzing and sorting the literature and the answer to the questions in the open questionnaire,the questionnaire including 102 items was compiled.Then the exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data.Results The values questionnaire consisted of 46 items and 7 subscales.Factor analysis indicated that the seven factors explain 47.178% of the variance with loading between 0.519～0.915.Conclusion The values questionnaire has satisfying validities and reliabilities and can be applied to test young soldiers＇ values. |
