摘    要:在综合分析生态分区、水文分区、综合自然分区与水资源分区等相关研究的基础上,首次提出并界定了生态水文分区的概念.根据我国不同流域或区域的生态水文特征,提出了生态水文分区的原则,建立了生态水文分区的指标体系.以水资源三级区为单元,采用定性与定量的ISODATA模糊聚类分析相结合的方法,将全国划分为3个生态水文大区、36个生态水文区,并提出了各生态水文一级区与水有关的生态环境保护目标与准则,旨在为合理确定不同流域或区域的生态环境保护目标及河道外生态需水的计算方法和标准提供重要理论依据.

Abstract:The concept of eco hydrological regionalization was proposed and its connotation was defined. According to the eco hydrological characteristics of different river basins and regions, the principles of regionalization of China were suggested and the index system was established. By taking the third grade unit of regionalization of water resources as the classification unit, the fuzzy cluster analysis of iterative self organizing data analysis (ISODATA) technique was applied to divide the whole country into 3 eco hydrodomains and 36 eco hydroregions. The corresponding objectives and standards of eco environment protection for different domains and different regions were defined. The regionalization is aiming at the target of reasonably dividing the objective of different river basins and regions and providing the theoretical basis and method for calculating the ecological water demand outside the river.
