摘    要:由于功能、加工、装配、运输等方面的需要,机械结构中普遍存在着结合部,它们对机械结构的整体特性有着很大影响:刚度降低,阻尼增加,在建模时必须加以考虑。文章在研究结合部特性及其表达方法的基础上,提出了将结合部特性应用于机械结构建模的融合技术和应用方法,利用融合理论和方法可以更精确地预测整机或一台加工中心的特性。并通过某立式加工中心的实验和建模计算验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Any complex mechanical structure has combined interface because of the needs in function, machining, assembly and transportation. Characteristic of the whole structure will chang fundamentally because of the existing combined interface: stiffness reduction and damp increase. Based on the study on the characteristic of the combined interface, this article proposed a fusing technology and application method to use characteristic in modeling the mechanical structure as a whole. Characteristic of the whole mechanical or a whole mechanical center can be forecasted more accurately using the fusing theory. Experiment and calculation result show that the means is effective.
