摘    要:通过总体结构设计、热力学计算、动力学计算、零部件设计及其绘图等几大功能模块,介绍了作者与北京第一通用机械厂合作开发的往复式压缩机CAD系统软件,系统应用了VisualC++可视化编程、数据库编程和ObjectARX参数化绘图技术。除了具有已有压缩机CAD软件的基本功能之外,该软件还具有如下特点:面向普通设计人员,既保持了系统中各个模块功能的连贯性,同时又保持了其相对独立性;软件界面直观、友好,通过大量在线图形显示使得用户对各种参数的变化关系有直接感知,避免了设计过程中的盲目性;每个软件模块的构思起点较高、框架较为全面,开放性和可扩充性较强,为以后的补充开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:From the aspect of preliminary structure design, thermodynamics calculation, dynamics calculation, parts design and their drawing, a new CAD software for reciprocating compressor developed together with Beijing No.1 general machinery plant was introduced. The entire system took advantage of visualized programming technology, database programming and parametric drawing technology. Besides the conventional functions of the existed CAD system, the general features of our software are as follows: oriented for common designers, keeping relative independence as well as coherence among each functioning module; the interface is friendly designed, so the user can directly acknowledge the change of various parameters during design through a lot of online curves and tables, the blindness is therefore effectively avoided; with a high start point and complete frame in software conception, the present software has laid a good foundation for further development.
