摘    要:通过对青鲻的染毒观测,使用组织切片技术与原位杂交相结合的方法,定位定量苯并(a)芘(BaP)与17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)对初级卵母细胞中卵形芳香化酶表达影响的研究,来确定环境污染物质对生殖系统相关基因表达的影响.结果表明:BaP降低了卵形芳香化酶的表达强度(P〈0.05),而EE2增强了卵形芳香化酶的表达强度(P〈0.05).

Abstract:Through Fundulus heteroclitus exposed to the poison, the investigate of expression influencing of localization and quantitation benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) and 17 α-ethinylestradiol (EE2) to ovoid aromatizing enzyme in primary oocyte by use of sections and hybridization in situ, to determine that the influencing of related gene expression in genital system by environmental pollution. The result indicated that BaP reduced the expression intensity of ovoid aromatizing enzyme (P〈0. 05), but EE2 strengthened the expression intensity of ovoid aromatizing enzyme (P〈0.05).
