| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of service labor teams,enterprises should start with three levels,namely the guarantee of training system,ideological and political work,and motivation system.Strengthening the construction of service labor teams can improve their awareness of safe production,decrease employment risk of enterprises and increase enterprise benefits. |
