| 摘 要： | 山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司有5座高炉，过程运行全部实现PLC全自动控制。为了充分挖掘高炉潜能，提高高炉的利用系数，需在生产过程中加强对炉况运行情况监控与分析，提高公司工艺管理人员对生产指导和管理考核的力度。实现了对高炉在运行过程中重要的工艺参数的提取、整合、归档、保存，做到了对炉况的实时、全面掌控，有效的指导了生产。

| Abstract: | There are five blast furnace in Shandong Taishan Iron ＆ Steel Industry,whose process operation are controlled by PLC in automatic mode.In order to increase the blast furnaces＇utilization coefficient,the course of production need to strenghten openation＇monitor and analysis,the level of chenkup.The use of the system realize technological parameter＇extraction Integration,archive,save and accomplish full aid of production. |
