高压天然气管网水力计算精度的研究

摘    要:随着我国城市能源天然气化的发展,出现了高压、超高压管网。对此类管网进行水力计算,必须考虑管路中燃气的可压缩性,而现有燃气管道水力计算公式不适合超高压的情况。为此,筛选出精度较高的BWR状态方程用于高压天然气管网水力计算中的物性计算,以解决原有城市高压天然气管网水力计算公式不能满足高压低温时精度要求的问题;提出了两种解决原有水力计算公式不能满足高压管网精度要求问题的计算方法,并用实例验证了采用该方法的燃气管网水力计算结果。结果表明,采用该方法可提高高压和超高压管网的水力计算准确性。〖JP〗

Abstract:As gas becomes the mam energy of cities gradually, the pipeline systems with high or super pressure appear. When the hydraulic calculation is conducted for the pipeline systems, the compressibility of gas in the pipeline must be considered. The existing hydraulic calculation formula of gas pipelines is not suitable for the super pressure case. So the BWR state equation with higher accuracy is selected for the physical property calculation in the hydraulic calculation of gas pipelines to solve the problem of accuracy requirement that can't be met by the existing hydraulic calculation formula of gas pipelines with high pressure and low temperature. Two methods are proposed to solve the problem of accuracy requirement that can't be met by the existing hydraulic calculation formula of gas pipelines with high pressure. With real cases, it is demonstrated the hydraulic calculation results of gas pipelines using the method. The results show the hydraulic calculation accuracy can be improved for gas pipeline systems with high or super pressure.
