Abstract:It is helpful to introduce the performance excellence model in enterprises for continuously improving and promoting performances,which is significant for leading and promoting enterprises to meet new situations as well as accelerate the transition of conception and management innovation so as to promote the competitiveness.In the paper,the background and effects etc.of introducing the performance excellence model are introduced as well as the understandings and viewpoints of the authors are put forward.
