综合情境教学法及演示实验教学法在本科护理教学中的应用比较

摘    要:目的比较高等学校护理本科生对综合情境教学法及演示实验教学法评价的差异。方法采用便利抽样的方法抽取福建省某高等院校护理学专业正在进行综合情境及演示实验学习的本科生287名,比较学生对两种教学法评价的差异。结果护理本科生对综合情境教学法的评价总分以及对教学方法、教学效果、综合测评方面的评价均高于演示实验教学法(P<0.01),在课程设置评价方面两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理院校教师应通过综合使用两种教学方法,改进教学设备,参与临床工作,提高学生参与度等手段,进一步提高护理实验教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To compare the teaching outcomes of comprehensive situational teaching and demonstrative teaching method rated by undergraduate nursing students. Methods The demonstrative teaching and comprehensive situational teaching was adopted in 287 undergraduate nursing students by turn. The students' evaluation on the teaching method was investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The students' evaluations on comprehensive situational teaching were significantly higher in the aspects of teaching method,teaching outcomes and comprehensive test than the demonstrative teaching(P〈0.01). No significant difference was found in the aspect of curriculum design(P〉0.05) Conclusion It is suggested to integrate both teaching methods into the practical teaching,improve the teaching equipments and enhance students' participation to further improve the quality of practical teaching.
