机床主传动系统的噪声试验及低噪声主传动系统的设计

摘    要:本文是在对机床主传动系统进行噪声试验的基础上,分析讨论了低噪声主传动系统的设计方法,提出了万能铣床主传动系统的低噪声设计方案,并简述了该方案的设计特点。新设计方案与现有铣床相比,在最高转速时可降低噪声6dB(A)左右.

Abstract:This article is based on noise testing of main transmisson system of machine tool, analyzes low noise design method of main transmission system, presents low noise design project of main transmission system of universal milling machine and introduces its design features. This new design project compared with today's milling machine may decrease about six dB(A) of noise at the highest speed of rotation.
