| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床病理学特征。方法对42例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤活检及切除标本进行临床病理学及免疫组织化学观察。结果原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤以B细胞淋巴瘤多见，其中又以低度恶性黏膜相关淋巴组织型（MALT）淋巴瘤最常见。临床表现为非特异性消化道症状。结论原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤临床表现无特异性，各型淋巴瘤的病理形态特点、免疫标记表达有助于诊断及鉴别诊断，胃肠道黏膜活检对原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤的早期诊断、疗效观察及随访有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinicopathological features of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma. Methods The biopsied or resected specimens from 42 cases of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma were examined clinicopathologically and immunohistochemically.Results The predominant type of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma was B cell lymphoma, among them the commonest was low-grade malignant mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. The clinical manifestations included the nonspecific gastrointestinal syndromes.Conclusion The morphologic and immunophenotypic characteristics of different kinds of gastrointestinal lymphoma were helpful to make correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Mucosa biopsy with pathological examination plays an important role in the early diagnosis, effectiveness observation and follow-up. |
