Livin、Survivn和Ki-67蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨食管鳞癌组织中Livin、细胞核增殖抗原（Ki-67）和凋亡抑制蛋白Survivn的表达及其与临床病理指标和预后的关系。方法：采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测78例食管鳞癌组织中Livin、Ki-67和Survivn蛋白的表达情况,并与38例癌旁正常食管黏膜组织进行比较。结果：在食管鳞癌组织中Livin、Survivn和Ki-67分别表达定位于细胞浆和细胞核,其表达明显高于正常食管黏膜组织（x2=14.32;P〈0.05）。Livin、Survivin、Ki-67蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关（x2=4.16;P〈0.05）;三者之间表达呈正相关（x2=13.14;P〈0.05）。结论：Livin、Ki-67蛋白和Survivin在食管鳞癌呈高表达,且与食管鳞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关,可作为判断食管鳞癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

Expression and significance of livin ki-67 and survivin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective： To determine the expression of Livin ki-67 and survivin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods： Of all the 78 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 40 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected in Livin ki-67 and survivin by microwave EliVisionTM. Results： The expression of Livin survivin and ki-67 located in the nucleus nucleus and plasma cells. Its expression was higher than the normal tissue（x2 =14.32;P 0.05）.All of them were related with differentiation degree, lymph nodemetastasis and pathological staging（x2 =4.16;P0.05）.It was positive correlation among them（x2 =13.14;P0.05）. Conclusion： Livin ki-67 and survivin were highly expressed in the esophageal squamous cellcarcinoma and its expression was related with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma development and metastasis. It can be the judgement in Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Prognosis.
