小方坯结晶器液面自动控制技术的优化与应用

摘    要:介绍了RAMON结晶器液面自动控制系统在小方坯连铸机上的应用与优化。实践表明,应用该系统后,结晶器钢水液面波动稳定在±3mm之内,铸坯表面和内部质量得到了改善,溢漏钢事故减少,劳动强度减轻,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper introduces the application and optimization of the automatic control technology for liquid level in a RAMON mould applied on a billet continuous caster. Practice shows that the top surface liquid level fluctuations of the molten steel in the mould is stably kept in the range of±3 mm,the appearance and internal quality of a cast strand are improved,failures of overflow and breakout are reduced and the labor intensity is eased while the optimized technology is put into operation and thus economic benefits are achieved.
