摘    要:分别以针叶木浆板为原料,阔叶木浆板为标准原料,在不同的打浆度以及打浆时间下对其进行筛分、过滤来提取细小纤维,采用共絮凝工艺,在cPAM加入量为0.06%时,研究膨润土、PH对浆料滤水性能的影响。结果表明:当cPAM为0.06%的情况下,加入膨润土0.5%时,滤水时间最短,留着最大,pH对留着以及滤水性能影响不大。

Abstract:Softwood pulp was chosen as raw materials and hardwood pulp as standard materials for collecting fines by classification and filtration under different beating degree and beating time, then the co-flocculation process was used to study the effect of bentonite and pH value on drainage properties under the CPAM dosage of 0.06%. The results show that the drainage time is the shortest and retention rate is the biggest when CPAM dosage is 0.06%, and bentonite adding amount is 0.3%. But pH has little influence on the retention and drainage of the slurry.
