舒敏之星导入绽妍安亦佳重组贻贝粘蛋白膏体敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效

评价舒敏之星皮肤治疗仪导入重组贻贝粘蛋白膏体敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床 效果及安全性。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月烟台市农科院中医皮肤病医院收治的67例面部激素依赖性 皮炎患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n =33）和观察组（n =34）。对照组采用常规药物 治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用舒敏之星导入重组贻贝粘蛋白膏体敷料治疗，比较两组治疗前后临 床症状评分、瘙痒评分、临床疗效及生活质量，并随访3个月，观察两组复发情况。结果 两组治疗后 皮损面积评分、红斑评分、脱屑评分均优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后瘙 痒评分优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%，高于对照组的 75.76%（P ＜0.05）；观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组复发率为8.82%，低于对照 组的36.36%（P ＜0.05）。结论 舒敏之星联合重组贻贝粘蛋白膏体敷料可有效改善面部激素依赖性皮炎症 状，并修复受损的皮肤屏障，具有临床疗效好、安全性高的特点，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Recombinant Mussel Adhesive Protein Dressing Imported by Shumin Star in the Treatment of Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing imported by Shumin star in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 67 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis admitted to the Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences Chinese Medicine Dermatology Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group (n =33) and observation group (n =34) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing imported by Shumin star on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom score, pruritus score, clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence of the two groups. Results After treatment, the skin lesion area score, erythema score and desquamation score of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group was better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The pruritus score of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%, which was higher than 75.76% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.82%, which was lower than 36.36% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing imported by Shumin star can effectively improve the symptoms of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis and repair the damaged skin barrier. It has the characteristics of good clinical efficacy and high safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
