抗抑郁治疗对多发性硬化致感觉障碍的效果观察

目的探讨抗抑郁治疗在多发性硬化伴发的抑郁及异常感觉治疗中的应用效果。方法选取临床确诊有抑郁和典型感觉障碍的多发性硬化患者58例,随机分为研究组(29例)和对照组(29例),对照组给予免疫干预常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予抗抑郁药物盐酸文拉法新缓释胶囊。观察两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)、扩展残疾状态(EDSS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,比较两组患者的疗效。结果研究组VAS、EDSS、HAMA、HAMD评分下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),研究组的总有效率高于对照组(u=2.36,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用抗抑郁治疗,可有效改善多发性硬化伴抑郁及感觉障碍患者的临床症状,减轻神经功能障碍带来的痛苦。

Effect of anti-depression treatment on multiple sclerosis patients with sensory disturbance

Objective To explore the effect of anti-depression treatment on multiple sclerosis (MS) patients with depression and sensory disturbance.Methods Totally 58 MS patients with depression and typical sensory disturbance symptom were randomly divided into two groups,in which,29 cases were treated with routine immune intervention (control group) and 29 cases were treated with venlafaxine on the basis of routine immune intervention (research group).Visual analogue scale (VAS),expanded disability status scale (EDSS),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores were recorded before and after treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with control group,the scores of VAS,EDSS,HAMA and HAMD in research group decreased more significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (u=2.36,P=0.038).Conclusion Compared with routine therapy,anti-depression treatment combined with routine therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of MS patients with depression and sensory disturbance and relieve the pain caused by nervous dysfunction.
