摘    要:电容法作为原油含水率检测方法,其调理电路往往受到寄生电容和环境变化的影响而难以实现高精度测量。设计了一种基于CAV424的电容式传感器原油含水率检测电路。实验表明:利用该检测电路测量原油含水率与蒸馏水法测量值的差值在5%以内,具有测量准确度高、测量速度快、显示直观、安装使用简单、价格低廉、操作方便的特点。

Abstract:Capacitance method is regarded as the detection methods of the moisture content in crude oil,its conditioning circuits are difficult to achieve high-precision measurement due to the impait of parasitic capacitance and the environmental changes.A detection circuit of crude oil moisture based on the capacitive sensor CAV424 is proposed.Test shows that the difference in value between using this method and distilled water method is less than 5%,It has the characteristis of high accuracy,quick measurement,intuitive shows,simple installation,low cost and easy to operate.
