腹腔镜下保留盆腔神经功能宫颈癌根治术的疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下保留盆腔神经功能的宫颈癌根治术的临床疗效。方法将68例宫颈癌患者随机分为腹腔镜下保留盆腔神经丛的根治性子宫切除术治疗组(LNSRH)和常规腹腔镜下根治性子官切除术治疗组(LRH),每组各34例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果LNSRH组患者的术后排气时间以及尿管拔除时间均少于LRH组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的阴道切除长度以及宫旁切除长度之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论采用LNSRH术治疗宫颈癌临床疗效好,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Nerve-sparing Radical Hysterectomy in Cervical Cancer

Objeetive To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy in cervical cancer. Methods 68 cases of cervical cancer were randomly divided into laparoscopic nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy group （LNSRH） and conventional laparoscopic radical hysterectomy group （LRH）, 34 cases in each group, compared the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time and catheter time of patients in LNSRH group was less than that in LRH group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, the difference of vaginal hysterectomy and uterine resection length of patients between two groups was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. There showed no obvious complications of all patients during and after operation. Conclusion Taking LNSRH in the treatment of cervical cancer has good clinical effect and high safety, it is worthy of further clinical application.
