| 摘 要： | 提出继承传统中医学、发展现代中医学的关键是要创新与完善现代中医辨证论治体系。现代中医学辨证论治体系除了必须发展微观辨证，实行整体辨证、局部辨证和微观辨证相结合以外，还必须发展辨病论治，实行辨病论治与辨证论治相结合。辨病论治有利于对疾病的性质与预后有更加清晰的认识，同时辨病论治应根据病情实行阶段论治，注意与辨证论治相结合。无论是辨病论治，还是辨证论治，都必须整体辨证、局部辨证和微观辨证相结合，都必须坚持整体观念、系统思维、辨证分析。
