摘    要:乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。基因-环境交互作用(gene-environment interaction,GEI)在乳腺癌发病中的作用一直是人们关注的焦点,早期的研究采用候选基因方法,主要关注代谢酶基因,DNA修复基因和凋亡基因等。近年来,乳腺癌全基因组关联研究(genome-wide association study,GWAS)发现了多个乳腺癌易感基因及位点,为乳腺癌GEI研究提供了广阔的发展前景,并带来了极大的挑战。本文就目前乳腺癌GEI的研究现状及进展进行综述,以揭示进一步研究的趋势和方向。
