摘    要:目的 为了研究hTERT(人端粒酶逆转录酶)及其影响因子(P^53和c—myc)在乳腺癌中的表达和意义。方法 用免疫组化SP法在52例乳腺癌和16例乳腺良性瘤中检测了hTERT,P^53和c—myc。结果表明hTERT,P^53和c—myc在乳腺癌组的阳性表达率均显著高于乳腺良性瘤组。统计分析表明,乳腺癌中hTERT蛋白表达阳性率与P^53和c—myc的阳性表达密切相关(P〈0.05)。结论 在乳腺癌的发生中,发生了P^53基因突变和c—myc基因的表达增加,激活了hTERT,从而可能导致了乳腺癌的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate expression of hTERT(human telomerase reverse transciptase) and its affecting factors in breast cancer,we detected the expression of hTERT,P53 and c-myc in fifty-two samples of breast cancer and sixteen samples of benign breast tumor using immunohistochemical SP method.The expression of hTERT,P53 and c-myc was higher than that of the benign breast tumor group.Analysis showed that the expression of hTERT was obviously correlated with P53 and c-myc in breast cancer(P<0.05).In the development procession of breast cancer,oncogene c-myc was activated and P53 was mutated.This induced the activation of hTERT which might promote the generation of breast cancer.
