| 摘 要： | 介绍了使用CSl2130振动分析仪诊断1号5干熄焦发电机组振动大的原因，利用MVPBALANCE动平衡仪对励磁机转子进行了现场动平衡校正后，机组各测点的振值均下降至15μm以内，确保了设备的安全运行。

| Abstract: | Adopt the CSI2130 vibration analyzer to diagnose the reasons of big vibration occurred in No.1 dry quenching generator set. After the field dynamic balance emendation for the excitator rotor via MVP BALANCE field dynamic balancing instrument, the vibration values of all measuring points fall below 15 μm so as to ensure the safety operation of the equipment. |
