舒理康胶囊对急进高原者心率的影响

摘    要:目的:观察了舒理康胶囊对平原人进入高原前后安静心率、踏阶运动心率和运动后恢复期心率的影响。方法:随机选择150名空运进驻日喀则(海拔3 900 m)的新兵,将其分为3组,每组各50人。采用单盲给药法,对照组服用空白胶囊,舒理康组服用舒理康胶囊,红景天组服用红景天胶囊。均为3粒/次,2次/d,早晚各1次,饭前服用,在进入高原前2 d开始服用,连续服用至进入高原后的第5 d止,共服用7 d。在平原服药前,测定所有受试者的安静心率,进行踏阶实验。在受试者进入高原后1 w内,每日傍晚测定受试者的安静心率。在第7 d,受试者再次进行踏阶实验。结果:受试者进入高原后的7 d内,安静心率先升高,后逐渐下降,到第7 d时,接近平原水平。在进入高原的第1 d,3组中,舒理康组的安静心率最低。各组安静心率的变化趋势基本相似,只是对照组在进入高原后的第1 d和2 d心率较快,以后则与其它两组无显著性差异。3组受试者在平原的运动心率和运动后休息1、2、3 min的心率基本相同,没有显著性差异。当进入高原7 d后,在受试者已初步习服高原环境的条件下,当进行踏阶运动时和运动后休息1 min时,3组的心率基本相同,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是,在休息2 min和3 min时,红景天组的心率较其它两组高,分别与对照组和舒理康组比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒理康胶囊对平原进入高原后早期心率加快有一定程度的阻滞作用,这将降低机体的基础代谢率,有利于加速机体的低氧代偿调节过程。红景天对平原人高原运动后心率的恢复没有促进作用,也许可能还延迟运动后心率的恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Shulikang capsule on rest heart rate(HR),exercise HR and recovery HR after exercise of young men exposed rapidly to high altitude.Methods:150 recruits who would enter Tibet by airplane were divided into three groups: control group, Shulikang group and Rhodiola group.The control group was given placebo capsule,Shulikang group given Shulikang capsule and Rhodiola group given Rhodiola capsule.The subjects took 3 capsules each time twice a day from 2 days before entering high altitude(above sea level 3900 m) to 5 days after entering high altitude in a single-blind method.The rest HR,stepping HR and recovery HR after stopping stepping exercise for 1,2 and 3 min of these subjects were recorded before and at the 7th day after entering high altitude,respectively.Results:Within 7 days after these subjects entered high altitude,their rest HR increased at first and then decreased gradually,and it returned to the baseline at the 7th day.The rest HR at the 1st day of Shulikang group was the lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).At high altitude,there was not significant difference of the exercise HR among three groups,but the recovery HR at 2 min and 3 min of Rhodiola group were higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shulikang capsule can prevent rest HR from increasing quickly in the early stage at high altitude,which can decrease basic metabolism of human body and is helpful to accelerate acclimatization to hypoxic environment.Integripetal rhodiola herb
