| 摘 要： | 目的：评价抗高血压药的利用情况与趋势。方法：对我院2004～2007年抗高血压药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果：4年中抗高血压药销售金额排序与用药频度排序基本同步，钙通道阻滞剂应用最广，其次是血管紧张素受体阻断剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。结论：我院抗高血压药应用基本合理，钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素受体阻断剂应用前景广阔。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of the application of antihypertensives in our hospital. METHODS ： The use of antihypertensives in our hospital during 2004 - 2007 was analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs etc. RESULTS： The order of antihypertensives either in consumption sum or DDDs remains steady, leading the first were Ca^2＋ antagonists, followed by angiotensin receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. CONCLUSION： The application of antihypertensives in our hospital was rational on the whole. The application of Ca^2＋ antagonists, angiotensin receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor CCB has a broad prospect. |
