摘    要:针对某型导弹随动装置在实际应用中的测试需求,设计了一种基于PC104嵌入式系统开发平台的高可靠、高精度、小体积的检测系统,详细介绍了该系统各功能模块的硬件电路设计,同时给出了软件设计流程;该系统能够对导弹发射车的随动装置进行现场检测,实现对随动装置开关量和模拟量的自动化测量,并将故障单元定位到各分系统的具体部件。

Abstract:Aiming at the need of actual test of a certain type missile,a test system for missile follow-up system with high reliability,high precision and small size based on PC104 was designed.The circuit design of hardware and the software flow chart was described in detail.The test system can be made to detect the follow-up mechanism anytime and anywhere which fixed on the missile vehicle,and realize the function of automatic measurement to the switch signals and analog signals.Besides,it can make the fault unit fixed on the specific assembly.
