工业木质素的改性及其作为精细化工产品的研究进展

Research Progress of Industrial Lignin Modification and Its Utilization as Fine Chemicals

Along with the social development,mankind is plunging into a difficult position of excessive consumption of resources and increasing environment pollution.To realize the sustainable development of mankind society,it is necessary to search renewable resource and adopt green chemical technology to reduce environment pollution.Lignin is the abundant natural resource only next to cellulose in amount.Industrial lignin is the byproduct of pulping and papermaking,but its reutilization ratio is low now.Most of the industrial lignin is discharged with spent water,not only causing pollution but also wasting the resource.The utilization of industrial lignin has great economic,social and environmental benefits.In order to realize the ecological utilization of industrial lignin,the market demand,cost-performance ratio of the product,greening of production technology and how to develop the characteristics of industrial lignin must be taken into account.The most important factor to ensure the utilization of industrial lignin is technological innovation.The research and application of modified industrial lignin used as water reducer for concrete,water treatment agent and dispersant of coal-water slurry have achieved great progress,which are successful examples of ecological utilization of industrial lignin.
