活齿端面谐波齿轮啮合原理的研究

摘    要:活齿端面谐波齿轮传动是一种新型的传动方式,可以应用于大传动比、大功率的减速器中。研究了活齿端面谐波齿轮的啮合原理,给出了一般的求解步骤;并在保证瞬时传动比恒定的条件下,推导出了波发生器与活齿后端啮合副的一种齿面方程。

Abstract:The end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth is a new type of transmission drive; it can be applied in the reducers where large speed ratio and high power is needed. In this paper, the engagement theory of the end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth is studied;and the normal solution procedure is given. In the condition of invariable instantaneous speed ratio, the equation of teeth surface of the engagement pair between wave producer and the rear-end of oscillating tooth is deduced in the special condition.
