独立学院大学生法律意识的现状调查分析——以南京财经大学红山学院为例

近几年,国家对独立学院人才培养提出新要求,以“素质教育”为中心改进人才培养方案,深入培养社会应用型人才,而法律意识是培养应用型大学生的基础要求,对当前大学生的成长具有重要现实意义。现阶段,大学生被侵权事件频发,电信网络诈骗层出不穷,被侵权后的“敢怒不敢言”成为诸多大学生的选择。在校大学生由于缺少社会经验及法律意识,在维护个人合法权益方面难以掌控,导致个人权益受到多方面危害,这一现状更揭示了大学生法律意识培育的紧迫性。基于当前法治国家、法治社会建设的趋势下,掌握大学生法律意识现状有助于加强法律基础知识教育,有针对性的提高大学生的法律意识。据此,本文结合独立学院大学生法律意识现状调查结果,对大学生法律意识的现状、问题、原因进行分析。

An Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Legal Consciousness of College Students in Independent Colleges--Taking Hongshan College of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as an Example

In recent years,the state has put forward new requirements on the talent training of independent colleges.Focusing on quality-oriented education,we should improve the talent training program and deeply cultivate application-oriented talents in the society.As the basic requirements of cultivating applied undergraduate,legal consciousness has the important practical significance for the growth of the current college students.College students are frequently cheated in telecom network fraud endlessly.They dare not to speak after the infringement because of a lack of social experience and the legal consciousness,which leads to their personal rights under various harm.That situation background reveals the urgency to cultivate the college students'legal consciousness.Under the trend of the construction of a legal society,it is helpful to strengthen the education of basic legal knowledge by grasping the current situation of college students'legal consciousness.This paper analyzes the questions and causes of college students'legal consciousness based on the investigation results of the current situation of college students'legal consciousness.
