大容量超临界直流锅炉锅内过程全工况实时仿真数学模型及动态特性

摘    要:在分析苏制500MW超临界压力直流锅炉结构和特性的基础上,从设备的工作机理出发,以质量、能量、动量守恒定律为依据,建立了适用于超临界压力直流锅炉的水冷壁、过热器、点火分离器等设备的全工况算法。并采用模块化的建模技术,在华北电力大学仿真与控制研究所研制的STAR—90仿真平台上建立了苏制500MW超临界压力直流锅炉锅内过程的全工况的实时仿真数学模型。该模型能够准确地模拟实际机组的启、停过程和可能发生的故障。进行了给水量扰动、功率扰动和燃料量扰动的动态实验。实验结果表明:所建立的苏制500MW超临界压力直流锅炉全工况的实时仿真数学模型具有良好的动态特性。图5表4参6

Abstract:Analyzing the structure and the characteristic of 500MW unit supercitical once through boiler which is Russia made, from the mechanism of equipments, based on the law of quality conservation, energy conservation, momentum conservation, authors build up the full scope real time simulation mathematical model of inter boiler process of supercritical once through boiler and the start fire separator. Applying modularization technique, building up the real time simulation mathematical model of Russia made 500MW supercritical once through boiler basing on STAR 90 simulation platform which made by the Simulation and Control Technology Research Inst. This model can accurately simulate start, stop process of the actual unit and the probable failure. The dynamic experiments of feed water disturbance, power disturbance, fuel disturbance are made on the basis of the model. The experiments show that the full scope real time simulation mathematical model of Russia made 500MW units supercritical once through boiler has excellent dynamic characteristics.
