| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国经济建设两个根本性转变对成人高等教育产生的影响，以及成人高等教育面对两个根本性转变所表现的不适应性。认为：成人高等教育要更好地适应两个根本性转变，就应该转变观念，建立起主动适应两个根本性转变的机制；进一步解决好自身发展的两个重要问题，努力实现体制模式和增长方式的转变；并坚持主动适应两个根本性转变与遵循自身发展规律相结合。

| Abstract: | Analyses the great irnpact the two cardinel transitions in our national economic construction exert on adult higher education and the unadaptability of the latter to the two cardinal transitions. Introduces the idea that adulthighcr education should be bettcr adaped to the two Cardinal Transitions,hence reform our ideology to estabIish a system adaptting to the Two Cardinaltransitions, and thus solve the two essential prob1ems in the self-devclopmentof adult higer cducation to reform the mode of the present system and the form of its deyelo pment; insists that such a reform should comply with the law of the selfdevelopment of adult higher education. |
