城市交通系统的可协调发展

首先从系统工程理论与协同学思想出发，提出了城市交通系统可协调发展的理论概念框架，研究了城市交通运输系统中实施可协调发展的过程，机理与步骤，还根据我国大城市交通运输系统的结构和当前所存在的问题，分析了实施可协调发展的客观基础，同时还根据国内外现代化科学技术的发展现状，分析研究了实施可协调发展的技术关键，并阐述了实施可协调发展战略对缓解城市交通现状，稳定城市交通系统所起的作用。

Coordinatable Development of Urban Traffic System

This paper stating with the system engineering theory and synergism,idea,put forward the coordinated development theory frame of urban traffic system,and studied to the coordinated development process of urban traffic system.According to the structure and the existing problem of urban traffic system,this paper also analyzed the objective basis of coordinated development.On base of the present situation of the modernized technololgy development domestic and overseas,The paper studied the key to the techology of implementing coordinated decelopment.The study elaborated the relaxing function to present situation of urban traffic of implementing the coordinated development strategy,and the stablizing function to urban traffic system.
