基于DSPIC的工业控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了一套基于直流无刷电机的工业缝纫机控制系统的设计与实现,该系统特点是以霍尔信号的位置和电机的速度进行估算,并在此基础上实现对直流无刷电机的方波控制。给出了控制系统硬件和软件的实现方法。实验结果表明:该系统的生产成本比较低,也能够满足工业缝纫机的调速范围大、动态性能好等技术指标。

Abstract:The control system design and implementation of brushless DC used on Industrial Sewing Machine was introducedn this paper,It features that the Hall signal was used to estimate the position of the rotor and speed of the motor,and on this basis to achieve the square-wave brushless DC motoreontrolled. The control system hardware and software implementation, The experimental results show that: the system is relatively low production costs, and also to meet the speed range of industrial sewing machines, and good dynamic performance technical indicators.
