管柱浮动式双向冲孔模设计

摘    要:对管径较小、孔距较大筒形件的冲裁,设计悬壁式冲裁加支撑的模具结构,难以完成该类件的加工。一般可考虑设计浮动式冲裁模。对双向冲孔的零件结构,若受结构限制,难以完成普通冲裁的卸料,此时可依据零件的用途,考虑设计无凹模冲裁。

Abstract:The punching process was very difficult for tube parts with small diameter and large hole distance by the die with suspended and supporting structures. So a floating-type punching die was designed. It was hard for the bidirectional punching parts to strip from dies. According to the problem, punching without concave die could be considered.
