摘    要:为准确预测在役井架钢结构剩余服役年限的长短,建立了基于时变可靠度和疲劳效应的剩余寿命预测理论。推导了杆件等效截面积与损伤缺陷随时间变化的函数关系,建立了井架钢结构抗力时变模型;编制了井架钢结构的疲劳载荷谱,并应用S-N曲线法及雨流计数原理等相关理论,建立了基于疲劳效应的寿命预测理论。对JJ220/42-K型井架钢结构进行了剩余寿命预测,结果表明,综合考虑腐蚀与初弯曲影响时的寿命明显低于仅考虑腐蚀时的寿命,说明局部损伤对寿命影响较大;结构的可靠度寿命明显低于疲劳寿命。

Abstract:In order to predict the remaining service life of derrick steel structure accurately, the theory of a residual life prediction based on time-varying reliability and fatigue effects is established. The function between the rods equivalent cross-sectional area, damage and defects with time is derived. The varying model of resistance is established. Prepared the oil derrick fatigue load spectrum, and the life prediction based on fatigue effects is established based on S-N curve and rain flow theory. The residual life of JJ220/42-K type of derrick steel structure is predicted, the results show the reliability life of the structure with corrosion and rods bent is much less than the fatigue life of the structure only with corrosion, and the reliability life was much less than the fatigue life.
