HIV/AIDS患者舌质特点与艾滋病分期相关性的研究

目的研究艾滋病患者的舌质特点与病情分期的相关性。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取人类免疫缺陷病毒/获得性免疫缺陷综合征（HIV/AIDS）患者作为研究对象并观察和记录舌质特点。结果淡白舌在无症状HIV感染期占5.0%,在艾滋病期占8.3%,差异有统计学意义;红舌出现频率最高,无症状HIV感染期为42.0%,艾滋病期为44.3%,差异无统计学意义。胖大舌、齿痕舌在无症状HIV感染期的出现频率分别为15.6%和9.0%,在艾滋病期分别为23.2%和12.8%,2期差异有统计学意义。舌下脉络粗胀出现频率最高,其次为细短、青紫、曲张,2期差异无统计学意义。结论艾滋病病邪致病具有热毒、湿浊性质,具有可致瘀、耗气伤阴血的特性。

Correlation between tongue characteristics and AIDS stages in patients with HIV/AIDS

Objective To study the correlation between tongue characteristics and AIDS stages in the patients with HIV/AIDS. Method The patients with HIV/AIDS were observed and their tongue characteristics were recorded by applying the method of multi- stage stratified random sampling. Result The occurrence frequency of pale tongue was 5.0% in non-symptom HIV infectious stage and 8.3% in AIDS stage with a statistical significance in difference. The occurrence frequency of red tongue was the highest, 42.0% in non -symptom HIV infectious stage and 8.3% in AIDS stage with a statistical significance in difference. The occurrence frequency of red tongue was the highest, 42.0% in non-symptom HIV infectious stage and 44.3% in AIDS stage without statistical significance in difference. The occurrence frequency of bulgy tongue and teeth-printed tongue was 15.6% and 9.0% respectively in non-symptom HIV infectious stage, and 23.2% and 12.8% respectively in AIDS stage with statistical significance in difference between two stages. The occurrence frequency of swelling subglossal vessels is the highest, n~＇xt was thin-short subglossal vessels, next, cyanosis subglossal vessels, and next, varicose subglossal vessels, without statistical significance in difference between two stages. Conclusion The pathological evil of AIDS has the characteristics of heat-toxin, damp-turbidity, stasis-inducing, and qi-yin-blood impairment.
