| 摘 要： | BACKGROUND: Dysfunction of knee joint is a common sequela after fracture of femur. The key of avoiding or decreasing dysfunction lies in early prevention, muscular practices of isometric contraction and functional exercises of knee joint as soon as possible. It is an essential component part of rehabilitation care for functional recovery of patients with fracture of femur.
