环氧丙烷与低级脂肪醇在固体酸催化剂上的醚化

摘    要:叙述了环氧丙烷与低级脂肪醇在LA2型固体酸催化剂上的反应。催化剂的选择性和活性是在一定压力和温度下于液固相体系中进行评价。通过实验证明,当反应温度在110—160℃之间、反应压力1.3—1.6MPa、醇与环氧丙烷的摩尔比例为4.5—7∶1、液体空速小于7ml/gcat·h条件下反应,环氧丙烷的单程转化率>99%。催化剂寿命试验表明,经过1500小时反应后,催化剂的活性仍无明显的退化。


Etherification Reaction of Propylene Oxide and Lower Aliphatic Alcohol over Solid Acid Catalyst
Abstract:The etherification reaction of propylene oxide with lower aliphatic alcohol over LA2 solid acid catalyst was studied.The activity and selectivity of the cata- lyst were evaluated in liquid-solid phase system in a continuous flow reactor,under proper temperature and pressure.The effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of alcohol/PO, LHSV, and water content of raw material on catalyst were discussed.It was found that when the reaction was conducted at temperatures between 110—160℃, under pressure of 1.3—1.6MPa, and with alcohol/PO molar ratio of 4.5—7:1 and a LHSV of<7 ml/g cat·h, the conversion of propylene could be higher than 99%.The life test showed that the LA2 catalyst had no apparent decline of activity after 1500h operation.
