涤纶细旦POY-DTY生产工艺探讨

对3.2km/min 纺速生产涤纶细旦 POY-DTY 工艺进行了研究.试验表明,采用国产KV441高速纺丝机与引进 FTF-8E3型拉伸变形机,选择合适的加工条件,生产最终单丝纤度为1.00～1.19dtex 的 DTY 是可行的,其织物的仿真丝效果也较好.适当提高纺丝组件压力,选择合适的喷丝板孔径,冷却条件,变形速度,变形温度,拉伸倍数,选用材质较软的摩擦片,是得到性能较好的涤纶细旦 DTY 的保证.

STUDY ON THE PROCESS OF FINE DENIER PET FILAMENTS MADE BY POY-DTY

The process of fine denier PET DTY made by POY-DTY at the spinning speed of 3.2kin/rain was dis-cussed.It was found that the fine denier DTY with 1.00～1.19dtex could be produced by adopting the appro-priate process and using both the KV441 high speed spinning machine made in China and the FTF-8E3 textur-ing machine imported from France.The silk-like effect of the fabrics made of such filament is good.The finedenier PET DTY with better performance could be obtained by increasing the spinning packs pressure,usingthe friction disc made from soft material and selecting the suitable spinneret aperture,the speed of quenchingsir,texturing temperature and drawing ratio.
