| 摘 要： | 研究了中温型练染酶LS在棉针织物前处理加工中的应用性能。通过分析练染酶LS用量和处理时间对染色效果的影响，确定了工艺条件。试验表明，该工艺与常规前处理工艺相比，节能省时；适合处理中深色染色织物，其染色织物的K/S值高于常规前处理染色织物，表面得色深；染色织物的摩擦、皂洗和汗渍色牢度均达到3级以上。

| Abstract: | Applied properties of scouring enzyme LS in pretreatment of cotton knits are researched. Via analyzing the influence of enzyme concentration and operating time on dyeing results, rational processing conditions are defined. It is indicated that scouring enzyme LS is suitable for the treatment of the dyeings in dark, which can impart the fabric higher surface color yield and excellent color fastness above 3 levels to soaping, rubbing and perspiration. |
